How much does a photo or video shoot cost in Southwest Florida?

What's included when I book?

Planning (concept, shot list, locations), the shoot itself with pro cinema and stills gear, editing, color grading, and delivery in every format you need: vertical, square and horizontal. Revisions are included, so you don't pay extra to get it right.

How fast will I get my content?

As a rough estimate, photos land in about a week, videos in one to two weeks, and weddings take a few weeks. Your exact delivery date is confirmed when you book.

Can I get my photos or video faster?

Yes. Priority Delivery moves your project up for an extra 25% of the editing fee. Express Delivery gets eligible projects to you in 48–72 hours, starting at an extra 50% of the editing fee. Next-day delivery is available for select photo and short-form projects, priced custom and subject to availability.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can. Weekends, wedding season and race weekends go first. Last-minute is still worth asking: send your date and I'll tell you within 24 hours if I'm free.

I'm not sure exactly what I need. Can you help?

That's most clients. Send the basics (what it's for, where it'll be posted, your date) and I'll suggest the right package and a plan. Plenty of shoots start with "I don't know what I want" and end with a campaign-level result.

Can you shoot photo and video in the same session?

Yes. Most shoots are photo + video combined, quoted together so you're not paying for or coordinating two vendors for one moment.

Can I use the content for ads and social media?

Yes. Everything is delivered ready to post across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and your website, and to run as paid ads. If you need specific usage terms for a campaign, they go right into your quote.

Do you travel outside Southwest Florida?

Yes. I'm based in Southwest Florida (Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Sarasota and nearby) and travel for destination weddings, brand trips and shoots across the country. Travel outside SWFL is billed at cost, with no markup.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Ravine Media is a licensed business and carries liability insurance, so venues, event planners and brands can book with confidence. Certificates are available on request.

Do you work with small businesses and creators?

Absolutely. Most of my best work is with growing brands and creators, and the photography and studio packages exist exactly for that. You'll get the same eye that's shot for ESPN, F1 and Netflix productions.

How do I pay, and is there a deposit?

After you approve your quote, you get a secure Stripe link for a 50% deposit, which locks your date. The deposit is non-refundable, and it's only refunded if I have to cancel the shoot. The rest is due as listed on your quote.

Do you have a discount for first-time clients?

Yes. New clients get 10% off their first booked service with code RAVINE10. Enter it in the quote form. If a friend referred you, use their code instead for the same 10% off.

How do I lock in my date?
